Dot Com
We have enjoyed supporting a rapidly growing dot com where we set up the HR function from scratch and headcount grew from 8 to around 200 employees within a year. It was a dynamic environment where multitasking was key.
Housing Association
Our experience covers project work within a Housing Association with the focus on a management succession plan for over 300 managers, a plan for centralising tools and processes to create a ‘manager’s hub’ and reviewing the referencing process.
Custodial Services
It was fascinating working within a custodial services organisation which involved an immigration detention centre as well as several prisons. We reviewed and created policies and procedures and oversaw mass recruitment campaigns including psychometric testing.
Parking Management
Specialist recruitment skills played a pivotal role in leading a large-scale campaign for operational managers, handling every aspect from psychometric testing to final induction. Strategic and innovative approaches were implemented to tackle the shortage of quality applicants.
Education
Our expertise includes managing complex HR responsibilities in unionised environments like local government, Multi-Academy Trusts and a London university. We have led on difficult, long-term casework, often involving sensitive issues and liaising closely with lawyers to ensure successful outcomes. Charity
Significant recent work has been completed for a small charity with just over 20 employees. All policies have been reviewed (or created) and are up-to-date and include planned for employment law changes. There has been a strong focus on inclusion, creativity and clear communication.
