HR healthcheck
We offer a free assessment and free feedback session to show where we can add value. We will do more in depth assessment and offer other surveys if you choose to become a retained client with us. This will allow us to prioritise what focus on first.
HR Support
We offer monthly packages and pay-as- you-go consultancy and mediation services. All our monthly retainers include reduced rate consultancy hours that can be rolled over for up to 3 months and monthly meetings. We offer peace of mind and tailored support according to your business needs.
Mediation
We can move disputes forward significantly within a day and stop the toxic impact of conflict on your business.
Training
We offer bespoke management training including conflict resolution, absence management and investigations. Part of our Anti-Harassment Toolkit involved training sessions for managers and one for staff. See training page for more details.
