Summary of fees
All fees will be reviewed annually.
Retained Clients
All packages are from £400 +VAT per calendar month and include tribunal insurance, monthly meetings, annual HR healthchecks and consultancy hours. We tailor each package carefully to ensure you get the best, affordable solutions.
Consultancy Hours
Retained clients can buy additional hours in blocks of 5 at £95 +VAT per hour and they can carry over up to 3 months or by agreement. Consultancy hours do not carry over to the following year.
Clients not on a retainer can pay for additional hours at £130 +VAT per hour
Mediation
Virtual mediation costs are priced at £1200 +VAT per 8 hour day. This includes preparation time and meeting with parties separately and joint meetings.
Additional time is charged at £95 +VAT (if retained client) or £130 +VAT per hour.
Additional expenses will also be charged if the mediation is in person.
Fractional (part-time) HR Director
This is where we embed ourselves in your business on a part time basis to drive strategic change, ensure competitive advantage and minimise risk with the benefit of our considerable experience on a longer term part time basis.
