Summary of fees
All fees will be reviewed annually.
Retained Clients
All packages are from £295 +VAT per calendar month and include and annual HR health check, all main template policies, basic compliance training, template contracts and HR advice line for straight forward queries, HR system and reduced fees on consultancy. We tailor each package carefully to ensure you get the best, affordable solutions.
Consultancy Hours
Retained clients can buy additional hours in blocks of 10 at £110 +VAT per hour. These can be carried over by arrangement. Consultancy hours do not carry over to the following year.
Clients not on a retainer can pay for additional hours at £130 +VAT per hour.
Mediation
Virtual mediation costs are priced at £1200 +VAT. This includes preparation time and up to a 7 hour day with both parties. Preparation meetings are priced at £150 +VAT per hour and are conducted prior to the mediation day.
Additional time is charged at £110 +VAT.
Additional expenses will also be charged if the mediation is in person.
Fractional (part-time) HR Director
This is where we embed ourselves in your business on a part time basis to drive strategic change, ensure competitive advantage and minimise risk with the benefit of our considerable experience on a longer term part time basis.
