Built for Your Sector

One platform. Every sector.
Content tailored for you.

Built for organisations across all sectors, our platform provides a solid foundation of tools, resources and training for all stakeholders, including third-party and supply staff. Based on feedback from our founding contributors, we'll then develop sector-specific tools to meet your needs. Some ideas are shown below. Got one of your own? Sign up to the waitlist (no commitment) and bring it to a founder FAQ session

Education - Schools, Colleges, Universities & MATs

Education settings face unique harassment risks involving pupils, parents, governors, and third-party contractors - all within a highly regulated Ofsted, DfE, and OfS framework.

Charities, Not for Profit, Social Care, CIC & Third Sector

This sector combines limited HR resource, high vulnerability in service users, and significant third-party and lone working risk.

Creative, Media, Arts & Entertainment

Creative industries have entrenched harassment cultures - power imbalances, freelance-heavy workforces, and out-of-hours working.

Health, Care & Emergency Services

This sector spans environments with some of the highest third-party harassment risk - patient contact, shift work, and significant power dynamics.

Professional, Consultancy, Legal & Financial Services

Client-facing roles with power imbalances and professional cultures where speaking up can feel career-limiting.

Property, Surveying, Estate Agencies & Built Environment

Client-facing roles, site-based and lone working, and traditionally male-dominated leadership.

Public Sector

High public scrutiny, layered governance, and a wide range of frontline and back-office risk profiles.

Retail, Hospitality & Events

High public-facing third-party risk, shift-based and often young workforces, and customer-facing power dynamics.

Sport, Leisure & Fitness

Public-facing third-party risk combined with coach/athlete power dynamics and volunteer-heavy workforces.

Questions

Things people usually ask

If yours isn't here, bring it to a founder FAQ session.

01 Who is this for?
Employers. We are focussing on UK employers first but ask the question and we'll do our best to help.
02 What's included?
Everything in the "What's Included" section plus any industry and sector specific tools and resources based on waitlist feedback (see question 05 as well).
03 We already have a harassment policy. Do we still need this?
In a nutshell, yes. This is a preventative duty and a cultural piece of work. A policy alone is no longer enough, and the October 2026 changes will raise the bar further. A gap analysis is a good starting point for both your policy and your risk assessment, it will show you exactly what's missing and where to direct your efforts, quickly and without jargon.
04 What are the founder FAQ sessions?
Regular live sessions where waitlist members can ask the founder anything about the platform, the law, their specific sector, upcoming legislation or anything on their minds. Deliberately informal and designed to be genuinely useful, not a sales pitch. Dates are shared with waitlist members by email once you've signed up.
05 Is anonymous reporting included?
The core platform will include guidance and tools on what to record and how to handle reports as standard. A genuinely anonymous reporting platform and an independent speak-up phone line are being explored as optional add-ons because not every organisation needs them and keeping them separate helps us keep the core accessible to all.
06 How much will it cost?
We haven't finalised pricing yet. Our aim is to make this genuinely accessible, whatever size your organisation is. Founding members who join the waitlist will hear about pricing first and will have the chance to feed into what a fair price looks like. Their rate will be locked in at launch for life (continuous memberships from launch).
07 What's different about this platform?
This is planned as a complete package covering every stakeholder, every sector and every industry. Content is designed to go above and beyond compliance minimums and updated continuously as legislation evolves. It's backed by over 20 years of HR expertise across education and multi-sector settings. Our aim is to be genuinely accessible to organisations of all sizes, not just those with large L&D budgets.
08 When will it launch?
We hope to launch in Autumn 2026. If you join the waitlist, you’ll be kept informed of progress.

Still have a question? Bring it to a founder FAQ, join the waitlist to be kept informed of when these will be.
